About this episode

Joey Lewand built an Iron Man coaching business from college and doubted why a 50 year old client would sign with him.

Joey Lewand got into endurance sport through his father, who used to race these events, and started his coaching business about a year ago. Joey now works with 10 to 25 athletes at a time depending on the season.

Joey plans to merge his business with another Iron Man coach by the end of 2026 and start in person training camps.
