The policy

The short version

We ask one question: may we measure which ads bring you here? If you say yes, our own beacon, our CRM's attribution script and the Meta pixel may store the entries below. If you say no, they store nothing, and the beacon deletes its ids. In the UK and the EEA we ask before anything optional runs. Elsewhere, we treat a visit as a yes, and you can say no here at any time.

Kept whatever you answer

These record your answer and keep the site secure. The law allows them without consent, because the site cannot remember your choice or protect itself without them.

What our beacon sends, with or without a yes

Our own beacon, served from portal.revlinehq.com, counts visits whether or not you say yes. It sends the page, the address that sent you, campaign tags and ad click ids in the link, where you click and scroll, the name of a form field you stop at (never what you typed), and your screen width. Without a yes it stores nothing on your device, so it cannot recognise you on another visit. Your IP address is used for a moment to tell visitors apart and is not kept.

Other things a page may load

Fonts are served from this site. Podcast audio is served from audio.revlinehq.com, our own host, and only loads when you press play. Links to Apple Podcasts and Spotify take you to those services, under their own policies. More on how we use data is in our privacy notice.
