REVLINE

Podcast guest terms

Appearing on The Check-In.

What you agree to when you come on the show, and what we agree to in return. Version 1.0, 2 October 2026.

The terms

Between Revline Group Ltd (company number 17391117, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA), trading as Revline (“we”), and the guest appearing on The Check-In (“you”).

  1. 1

    What these cover

Your appearance as a guest on The Check-In, Revline's podcast. Booking a recording and taking part accepts them. A paid run of episodes has its own terms, which sit alongside these.

  2. 2

    Recording and publishing

You agree to us recording the conversation, including your voice and image, and to us editing it and publishing the episode and clips from it under your name and business name, across our own channels and podcast platforms, indefinitely, including after any agreement between us ends.

  3. 3

    The recording is yours too

You get the full recording and the clips of every episode you appear on, to use however you like, forever. Episodes and clips already published stay up if things end between us: they sit on platforms neither of us fully controls, and the content is yours as much as ours.

  4. 4

    Collaborative posts

We may publish clips as collaborative posts across our accounts and yours. You accept the invite if you want the post on your own profile too; nothing here obliges you to.

  5. 5

    Accuracy

You choose what you share, and what you say has to be true. We'll never publish a figure you asked us to keep off the record.

  6. 6

    What you say

Nothing you say on the record may be defamatory, unlawful, or breach a confidentiality or contractual duty you owe someone else. We may decline to publish, or may cut, anything that does.

  7. 7

    Editorial

We edit for length and clarity, never to change what you meant. Ask us to cut something you regret saying and we'll cut it, within reason and before publication where possible.

  8. 8

No sales pitch on the recording

We'll never pitch you commercially on the recording. If we think we can help you, that conversation happens off the record, after, and never as a condition of appearing.

  9. 9

    Your data

We hold your contact details and what you tell us, under UK GDPR, to run the show and nothing else. Our privacy notice has the detail. Ask and we'll delete what we hold, subject to what we must keep for tax. Published episodes are covered by clause 2.

  10. 10

    General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts. Notices by email are valid (ours: austin@revlinehq.com).
